RICHARD BRIGGS- BROKER-Richard serves as the Broker for the Pinnacle Real Estate Group. With over 20 years of experience he brings an invaluable knowledge base to the brokerage. Richard was born and raised in the North side of the Valley and spent much of his early life farming. Much of his career has been focused on large tracts of land but has spent much of his time recently on lots and homes.
Richard coached Little League Baseball here in the Teton Valley for a number of years and still follows the teams. He and his wife Michelle love to travel and visit their children.

JEFF SECREST-ASSOCIATE BROKER-Originally from Texas, Jeff has experienced great success after coming to the Teton Valley. With his partner Travis Thompson, Jeff has sold over 80% of the new homes in Victor’s popular “Brookside Hollow” subdivision, averaging 97% of the listing price to the sellers, with over $2 million in sales over the past two years.
Jeff is involved in the fields of investing, building homes, financial planning, and computer/technology applications. He earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University, MS from Utah State University, and a BS from Texas A&M. He and his wife Mary have six children and eight grandchildren!

JENNIFER KUNZ-Jennifer was born and raised in Teton Valley. She is happily married to her husband Kacey. She has roots going back 5 generations in the Valley.She is an avid hunter and fisherman and loves the outdoors. She has two children who she enjoys spending her time with. Jennifer is licensed and works in the office at Pinnacle Real Estate Group, helping out other agents with everyday needs.

KRISTY JACOBS- Kristy earned her Associate Degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy from Rick’s College and her Applied Associate Degree in the same field from Salt Lake Community College. At both schools she graduated with high honors / valedictorian of course of study. She worked as an Occupational Therapist’s Assistant for five years before becoming a residential agent for Pinnacle Real Estate Group. Kristy is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming.
Kristy has a pioneer heritage among the earliest settlers in the Teton Valley. She frequently takes advantage of the area’s amenities by hiking, biking, skiing, and boating. Kristy spends all her spare time with her son Cason and husband Cade.

KATHRYN ESKELSON- Kathryn just recently moved to the valley from Bremerton Washington where she worked in the real estate industry. She really enjoyed learning all the different aspects of real estate and decided to obtain her license when she moved here She enjoys working with people and wants to make sure they have a great real estate experience.
